Effective for: Pre-trial legal consultancy only. Litigation or court representation excluded.

1. Scope of Services

99Legal.xyz (a KRITE entity operated by Zahra Kadir) offers pre-trial legal consultancy for AI, Web3, and high-growth startups, including:

Startup Legal Architecture (incorporation, cap tables, investor docs)
VC Due Diligence Audits (for raises ≥$500K)
Web3 Tokenization & Smart Contract Compliance
EU AI Act & GDPR Gap Analysis
Tax-optimized global structuring (UAE/Europe/CIS)

Jurisdictional Note: UAE services are provided through licensed partners in ADGM/Dubai free zones. EU/CIS services are handled directly.

2. Client Agreement

By purchasing services, you agree that:

You are a founder or startup requesting pre-trial legal services.
All services, templates, and consultations are non-refundable.
Payment is accepted only in cryptocurrency, unless an alternate method is approved in writing by KRITE.
You acknowledge that binding legal advice is delivered only by Zahra Kadir after paid consultation and accurate fact disclosure.
By purchasing from 99Legal.xyz or KRITE, you automatically consent to our privacy terms.

3. Confidentiality & Consent

All legal documents and services are rendered solely between the signing/audited/compliant company and KRITE. No deliverables will be shared with third parties unless written consent is obtained from both parties.

4. Use of Technology

Some services utilize AI-automated legal tools hosted via the 99Legal.xyz platform. These tools are reviewed and validated by a licensed legal professional before delivery. Users must not rely solely on AI outputs without proper consultation.

5. Intellectual Property

All documents, audits, and content—whether AI-assisted or lawyer-generated—remain the sole intellectual property of 99Legal.xyz and Zahra Kadir. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

Public portal content (e.g. templates, AI responses) is for informational use only. Legally binding advice is delivered only via one-on-one consultations post-payment.

7. Liability & Limitations

KRITE/99Legal.xyz is not liable for client misuse, third-party sharing, or reliance on incomplete disclosures. Any inaccuracies or omissions in information void service obligations.

8. Consent & Automatic Binding

By accessing or purchasing any document, service, or tool from 99Legal.xyz or KRITE, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

KRITE reserves the right to terminate access for violations including fraud, non-payment, redistribution of proprietary content, or jurisdictional misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

UAE: ADGM/DIFC legal frameworks apply via partner firms.
EU/CIS: Local governing laws of the client’s operating jurisdiction apply.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms immediately upon publication.
